I spent twenty-four years in the U. S. Foreign Commercial Service as a Senior Commercial Officer in Latin America and Mexico. As Director of a major unit, managed a staff of ten professional marketers, providing advice and market data to American companies on how to expand sales into foreign markets, how to manufacture for export and how to finance export and import sales.

Over the years, I’ve founded and operated three businesses of my own: Especialidades Industriales, S. A, based in Mexico City, manufacturing industrial and construction chemicals; ArtCrafts International, Inc. marketing fine imported artworks, architectural and wall décor products in the national U. S.market; and, Prime, Inc., a provider of advice and counsel in international business; asset-based capital formation; and, export-import trade finance, d.b.a. Felix C. Guerrero & Associates.
